Machine Tools Use and Performance:
1. This machine is the special purpose rolling grinding machine for the single-crystal silicon.
2. The overall arrangement of cylindrical grinding machine， double grinding heads, adamas, fiber parallel abrasion wheel are applied;
3. The bed, pulley stock, loading carriage and feeding carriage are castings, which has the characteristic of good stiffness and good seismic,
4. loading and feeding material use the v-type guideway, ball screw, and servo motor;
5. The headstock and tailstock use four-paw clamps, the clamps have the characteristic of high accuracy and benefit operation(12”clamp is optional);
6. The headstock use stepless frequency conversion timing
7. The grinding grain direction of single-crystal silicon exciecle is perpendicular to axis, and is the same with machining direction of wire slicing machine, so the crack can’t appear during the slice progress;
8. The electric system uses the imported CPU of Mitsubishi.
